Bulldawg Homes was founded by Charles Williams and Nicky Gravitt. Combined they bring over 30 years experience from residential homebuilding and land development.

We also take pride in offering special incentives to all civil servants, including all military, teachers, police officers, firemen and women, EMT as a way of saying “ Thanks ” to those committed to public service and make our world a better, safer place to live and raise our children.
Some of the things we do are considered “a little old fashioned”, we don’t consider that a bad thing. You will see us at the jobsite, not in the office. When you sign your contract and when we sign your deed, we will shake your hand and thank you for your business. If our plans do not fit your needs or tastes, we will build yours, or have one custom designed just for you and your family.

Charles Williams has been an actively licensed real estate agent since 1990 (18 years) and has been building and/or developing land since 1988 ( 20 years ) when he became a construction superintendent and later started his own construction business in 1990.
